Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of this website and all services provided by Cecillia Lee ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, signing up for any free resource, or purchasing any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Who We Are

Cecillia Lee is operated by Cecillia Lee, based in Denmark. Throughout these Terms, "you" refers to the person accessing or using our services, and "we" or "us" refers to Cecillia Lee.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services, purchase any offering, or participate in any programme. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. The Services We Offer

Our services fall into four categories, and different terms apply to each.

3.1 Free resources

We offer free content including The Ultimate Glow Up Masterclass and newsletter content delivered by email. These are provided as-is for your personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or repurpose our free content for commercial use.

3.2 The Ultimate Glow Up Mentorship

The Ultimate Glow Up Mentorship is a private 3-month coaching engagement focused on identity-based body transformation. The scope, deliverables, schedule, and total fee are confirmed before you start. Your payment confirmation, together with these Terms, forms the agreement between you and us.

Coaching is delivered through scheduled 1-on-1 sessions, between-session support as specified in your enrollment, and any associated materials. The program is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, financial, or legal advice. (See Section 10 for full disclaimers, which are central to the relationship.)

3.3 The Awakened Her

The Awakened Her is a monthly community membership. Membership gives access to live calls, any specified bonuses, community room, recordings and resources and trainings. Membership is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.

The Awakened Her access is non-transferable. Recordings, replays, and bonus materials are licensed for your personal use only and may not be shared, uploaded, or distributed.

3.4 1-1 Wake Up Call

A 1-1 Call is a private 45-minute video call session booked through our scheduling system. The session is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, financial, or legal advice.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 How payments are processed

All paid services are processed through our third-party payment provider(s). By submitting payment, you authorise us to charge the amount specified at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and ensuring sufficient funds.

4.2 Pricing and currency

Prices are displayed on the relevant sales page and are subject to change for future purchases at any time. Any change will not affect a purchase you have already made.

4.3 Payment plans

Where payment plans are offered, the full balance is due according to the schedule agreed at the time of purchase. If a scheduled payment fails, we will attempt to reach you to resolve it. If we cannot resolve a failed payment within seven days, we may pause or terminate access to services until the balance is current.

4.4 Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees that apply in your jurisdiction.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the personalised nature of services, reserved time, and immediate access to digital materials, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind
• Dissatisfaction with results
• Perceived lack of success
• Failure to implement guidance
• Missed or unattended sessions
• Scheduling conflicts
• Personal circumstances
• Digital content once access is granted

Any refund terms offered for a specific engagement must be stated explicitly in writing prior to purchase.

5.1 Free resources

Free resources are non-refundable by definition. If you do not want to receive emails after signing up, you can unsubscribe at any time.

5.2 The Ultimate Glow Up Mentorship

Enrolment in The Ultimate Glow Up Mentorship is non-refundable once the engagement has begun. "Begun" means the earlier of your first scheduled session or seven days after payment confirmation.

Before the engagement begins, you may cancel within 72 hours of payment for a full refund, less any non-recoverable transaction fees. After that window, refunds are not available.

5.3 The Awakened Her

The Awakened Her membership is non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time and will not be charged for the following month. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

5.4 1-1 Wake Up Call

1-1 Call bookings are non-refundable once payment is processed. If you need to reschedule, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required. See Section 6 for rescheduling terms.

5.5 Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge through your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to terminate your access to all services immediately and submit evidence of access, communication, and scheduling to the payment processor.

6. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Missed Sessions

6.1 Rescheduling

You may reschedule a session with at least 48 hours notice, subject to availability. Sessions cancelled with less notice may be forfeited at our discretion.

6.2 Missed sessions

If you miss a scheduled session without notice, the session is considered delivered and is not refundable or transferable.

6.3 Pausing the mentorship

If a significant life event affects your ability to engage with The Ultimate Glow Up Mentorship, contact us and we will work with you on a reasonable pause. We are not obligated to extend the programme beyond its original term, but we will be reasonable about it.

6.4 Termination by us

We reserve the right to terminate the coaching relationship if you breach these Terms, behave abusively toward us or anyone associated with our work, or are in our reasonable judgement not a good fit for the programme. In the case of termination due to your breach, fees are non-refundable. In the case of termination at our discretion without breach, we will refund a prorated portion of any unused services.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our content

All content we create, including methodologies, frameworks, workbooks, recordings, written materials, and branding associated with Cecillia Lee and The Awakened Her, is owned by Cecillia Lee and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use our content for your personal, non-commercial development. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our content to you.

7.2 What you may not do with our content

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit our content in any form. You may not reproduce our frameworks or materials for use in your own coaching, courses, or content. You may not strip out our branding and present our work as your own. You may not use our content to train AI models, build derivative tools, or scrape our website. You may not record or screen-capture live sessions without our prior written consent.

7.3 Your content

If you share content with us through sessions, application forms, emails, or any other channel, you retain ownership of what you share. You grant us a limited licence to use that content only as needed to deliver the service you have engaged us for.

7.4 Testimonials and case studies

If you provide a written or video testimonial or consent to share your experience publicly, you grant us the right to use, edit, and display that testimonial in our marketing materials. You may withdraw this consent at any time by emailing cecillialee@theawakenedher.com and we will remove the testimonial from future use within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Acceptable Use

When using our services, you agree not to use them for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law, harass or harm us, our team, other clients, or anyone connected with our work, share or distribute our private materials or session content, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website or systems, or impersonate any person or entity.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any of our services if we believe you have violated this section.

9. Confidentiality

What you share with us during private sessions and coaching is confidential. We will not disclose your personal information or the details of our work together to any third party, except as required by law or to prevent imminent harm.

You agree to keep confidential any proprietary methods, materials, or frameworks shared with you through any of our services, beyond what is already publicly available.

This confidentiality obligation survives termination of the coaching relationship.

10. Important Disclaimers

This section is critical. Please read it carefully.

10.1 Educational and developmental in nature

Our services, including The Ultimate Glow Up Mentorship, The Awakened Her, and 1-1 Calls, are educational and personal development services. They are designed to support your growth, self-understanding, and intentional change around body transformation and identity. They are not therapy, counselling, psychotherapy, mental health treatment, medical advice, psychiatric care, financial advice, legal advice, or any other form of professional service that requires licensure.

10.2 Not a substitute for professional care

Nothing we offer is a substitute for professional medical, mental health, psychiatric, psychological, financial, or legal advice. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, a mental health crisis, an eating disorder, or any condition that requires professional care, please contact a qualified professional immediately.

We are not a crisis service. We are not licensed clinicians. Our services assume you have the psychological and physical stability to engage with personal development work. If at any point our work touches on areas that require clinical attention, we will recommend you seek qualified support.

10.3 No results guaranteed

Personal transformation is highly individual. Results depend on your effort, circumstances, consistency, and many factors outside our control. Past results shared in testimonials or case studies are not guarantees of your results. We make no guarantees, express or implied, about specific outcomes, results, body changes, or improvements you will experience from any of our services. Your results are your own.

10.4 No professional relationship outside what is specified

Nothing in your use of our services creates a therapist-client, doctor-patient, attorney-client, fiduciary, or employment relationship between you and us. The only relationship that exists is the one specified in your enrolment or booking.

10.5 Client Responsibility

You accept full responsibility for your decisions, your actions and your results. Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cecillia Lee will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, emotional distress, or damages of any other kind.

Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Awakened Her and Cecillia Lee from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:

• Your use or misuse of our services.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights.
• Any content you submit, post, or share through our services.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. The courts of Denmark have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our services.

14. Dispute Resolution

Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us at cecillialee@theawakenedher.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will do the same. Most issues can be resolved with a direct conversation and we would prefer to start there.

15. Termination

You may stop using our free services at any time by unsubscribing from our emails. For paid services, see Sections 5 and 6 for refund and cancellation terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to any of our services, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to us or other clients. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law, will survive.

16. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

17. General Provisions

17.1 Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any enrollment confirmation for paid services, constitute the entire agreement between you and us. They supersede any prior agreements or understandings, written or oral.

17.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, while preserving the original intent as closely as possible.

17.3 No waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms isn't a waiver of our right to enforce it later. Any waiver of any provision must be in writing to be effective.

17.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms to any successor entity, including in connection with a sale, merger, or restructuring of our business.

17.5 Force majeure

We're not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, internet or platform outages, pandemics, or other circumstances of force majeure.

17.6 Relationship of the parties

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, employment, or franchise relationship between you and us. You and we are independent parties.
