2.1 When you sign up for the free masterclass or newsletter

First name and email address. That is it. We do not ask for payment details or additional personal information for free content.

2.2 When you apply for The Ultimate Glow Up Mentorship

Name, email address, and any information you choose to share in the application form. If your application is accepted and you proceed to payment, payment information is collected and processed directly by our third-party payment provider(s). We never see or store your full card details. We only receive confirmation that payment succeeded along with limited metadata such as the last four digits of your card and your billing email.

2.3 When you join The Awakened Her community

Name, email address, and payment information processed through our third-party payment provider(s) as described above.

2.4 When you book a 1-1 Wake Up Call

Name, email address, scheduling information via Google Calendar, and payment information processed through our third-party payment provider(s).

2.5 During private coaching and sessions

Session notes, written reflections, and any personal information you choose to share during The Ultimate Glow Up Mentorship or 1-1 Calls. Communication records including emails and messages exchanged with us. Because this work involves personal and sometimes sensitive information, we treat this category of data with the highest level of confidentiality and collect only what is needed to deliver the service.

2.6 Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, certain information is collected automatically through cookies and analytics tools. If you have requested the free masterclass, signed up for the newsletter, applied for mentorship, joined the community, or booked a call, we use your information to deliver that service. This includes sending you access details, confirmations, and any follow-ups directly related to your request.
